The fish market always gathers from 05H00 am to 06H30 am every day. The best time to pick up at your hotel at 05H00 am and transfer by car to the local pier. Continue to spend about 30 minutes on the wooden boat on the Thu Bon River, you have a chance to take some photo of the sunrise, daily life on the both river bank.
At the market, you will see the scene of boats docking and busy trading. Wake up early in the morning, the local people go to the dock and wait for boats from the sea brimming with seafood. They choose the suitable position in order to hope to buy some fresh seafood and then spread everywhere to sell it. Besides the hard work of women in this fishing village, they always prepare the worst case that can happen to their husbands and sons because of the sea.
Walking on lane to go to the local Fish Sauce Factory, here you will be introduced to the production process of traditional fish sauce from anchovies. Then, transfer to the cafe shop to enjoy the fragrant coffee. You learn the roasting coffee process to create delicious coffee products, as well as how to make 1 cup of coffee. After that, back to your hotel by car.
